Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Habitank, a product of Laplace Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Habitank, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Habitank is a habit-tracking experience with a living pixel aquarium. Features may change over time as we improve the app. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with or without notice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
• You may delete your account from Profile in the app, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack Habitank or related systems
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate rankings unfairly
• Use Habitank for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer the app except where allowed by applicable law

Virtual items & Premium

Coins, fish, décor, and other in-app items have no real-world cash value outside Habitank. Premium subscriptions or purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable through Laplace Apps directly.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Habitank Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks exclusive fish, grounds, décor, and future premium items.

• Price: shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play before you purchase. Prices vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Community

Community features may show your display name and a limited tank preview to other players. Do not include personal information you do not want public in your display name.

Intellectual property

Habitank, its branding, and original content are owned by Laplace Apps or its licensors. Pixel aquarium art credits appear in the app. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use Habitank for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer

Habitank is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Habitank is a wellness/habit tool, not medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laplace Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, coins, progress, or profits arising from your use of Habitank.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
